Due to continued growth, Northwest Mining Company (NWM) is on the hunt for Multi-Skilled Operators to join our team.

You’ll operate a range of equipment, including:
- Excavators (5t – 30t)
- Moxy Dump Trucks (Volvo A40G & A30G)
- Graders (Cat 14M – 16M)
- Tipper Trucks (8t – 12t)
Your daily work will include:
- Dam desilting & under-belt cleaning
- Road maintenance & washery clean-up
- General labouring & site support
- Road and carpark maintenance
- Sump and drain clean
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience operating Excavators, Moxys & Graders
- Relevant Mine or Civil Site RPLs for the equipment you operate
- A current HR Licence is desirable
- Ability to pass an Order 43 Medical
- A strong work ethic & a commitment to equipment care
